Here are Anne’s top 3 tips - enjoy!

  1. If you are suffering from dry lips, then buff gently with an old toothbrush or warm, damp face cloth, this will exfoliate the dead skin off the lips, then slather on vaseline or a moisturising lip balm, and voila; soft smooth kissable lips.
  2.  It is a myth that you should apply skin cream to damp skin to trap in the moisture, if you do this, then the moisturiser is diluted and will become less effective.  always blot the skin first with a tissue for face and soft towel for body, then apply your product.

3      You don’t have to ditch your make up if you want a bit of a glow before you head off; here is a quick tip and dead simple… Take some sun tan lotion (enough for the face) and mix with some of your usual fluid foundation, apply to the face and voila instant tinted sunscreen, and the bonus is its stuff you already have with you.

 DID you know?

Did you know that a woman will never give up her beauty products,  6 out of 10 women wouldn’t consider going to work without their make up and almost half of all women say they prefer wearing cosmetics to going au naturale!! As many as 37% are concerned that ‘not putting their face on’ would result in poorer job prospects, and 1 in 10 said they would never let their partner see them without being ‘made up’, with 14% even admitting to getting up earlier than their partners to put ‘their faces on’.

It seems that we ladies today would not cut back on cosmetics, as wearing and buying cosmetics is about giving a woman confidence to succeed in every aspect of their life, and in the famous words of Coco Chanel herself

“The best colour in the whole world is the one that looks good on you”

So happy shopping girls
