Our dragons are:

Phil Smith – Managing Director, Rococo Group
Phil started out in operations and company logistics in the United States. Working with global names; Nike, Walt Disney, Budweiser, Umbro, MLS and coincidently The English Football Association, where he was responsible for the fluidity and implementation of various projects and management of people and processes. Returning to the UK in 2006 Phil took up a role at Manchester United where he was responsible for the delivery and retention of corporate hospitality as Client Relationship Executive.
Rococo has grown from strength to strength in the last year and has been nominated for several awards within the fields of creative design, social media and PR. Now operating out of offices in St.Ann’s Square, Manchester their focus is on expanding the PR side of the business whilst continuing to service some globally recognized names.

Mark Lampkin – Lampkin & Co
Mark sits as a deputy district judge. Originally from Liverpool, Mark grew up in Preston where he later qualified as a Solicitor in 1990. Initially working for a number of large law firms he began to specialise in Personal Injury Law and founded his own firm, Lampkin & Co in 1999.
Mark is the Principal Solicitor at the firm and features on a weekly legal advice show called Ask Lampkin which is broadcast on local radio.
He is an active claimant rights campaigner, often publishing articles on personal injury law and the claims industry. Mark is an experienced motorcyclist and enjoys road riding as well as off-road, trail riding. He regularly publishes articles in motorcycling magazines.

Margaret Carter – founder at Patchwork Traditional Food Company
Margaret’s honors and Awards include: Life Time Achievement Award, Guild of Fine Foods, Welsh Business Woman Of The Year, Small Business Owner and Welsh Employer Of The Year.
Margaret currently works as a mentor for The Prince’s Trust, Dynamo, has private clients and sits on the Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme panel for the Welsh government.
She is patron of the I Am Woman Business Club in Cardiff, and very passionate about youth entrepreneurship. She is currently working on bringing soft skills education to schools and youth and young adult entrepreneurship networking groups to be called Patchwork Youth Networking Group (PYNG)
